Our reactions to where we see ourselves on the Learning Team continuum:
Split into four groups of three; discuss and make annotations; post Reactions:
3 of the 4 groups saw us between Filling Time -> Personal Practice
1 group saw us as between level 2 & 3 Personal Practice -> developing assessments

Other key reactions:
Communication
Where do we fit in:

use tech to facilitate business

more formal sharing of resources
Could other stages come into play such as curriculum planning
Support for teachers in the Learning Teams
assessment
technology
